Precision filling of mounting resin with full perspective observation saves consumables and improve operational efficiency.

Parts and all consumables are readily available in stock and can be acquired directly from NextGen Material Testing by request. Also, we do not use proprietary parts, therefore additional parts can be sourced from local suppliers as needed many years down the road.
The MP series, although built with advanced technologies, is a simple plug-n-play machine which does not require formal training and installation. The supplied instructional videos do a fine job explaining how to set up and utilize the machine with ease.
With manual degassing, the user can fill mounting cups at any position in the vacuum chamber.

It supports 1–2 inch mold assemblies, automatic or manual operation, 7-inch touchscreen control, closed-loop hydraulic cycles, integrated cooling, and storage for more than 100 mounting programs, helping labs produce consistent mounts while improving preparation speed and workflow control.
GenVac MP Series is a vacuum impregnation system for epoxy cold mounting of porous metallographic specimens. Designed for rocks, minerals, ceramics, circuit boards, composites, and other sensitive materials, it uses a separate vacuum pump, transparent removable chamber lid, disposable cup holder, and controlled resin inlet tube to help achieve clean impregnation with clear visual monitoring and minimal material loss during sample preparation.
Metallography consumables cover the materials needed for sectioning, mounting, grinding, polishing, etching, and cleaning specimens before microscopic examination. The range includes abrasive and precision blades, diamond cutting blades, mounting resins, phenolic resins, grinding papers, polishing cloths, diamond suspensions, lubricants, and etchants. These consumables help laboratories maintain consistent preparation quality, reduce surface deformation, and achieve cleaner, analysis-ready finishes.
