A consultative process focused on what your laboratory needs to produce — not on what a catalogue wants to sell.
We start with your materials, standards and throughput, not with a product list.
Your consultant maps the complete testing workflow and recommends only what the work requires.
Proof-of-concept testing on your own specimens before you commit.
Turnkey delivery, installation, commissioning and documentation.
Operator training plus traceable calibration and certification.
Lifetime technical support, stocked consumables and preventive maintenance.
Buying laboratory equipment from multiple suppliers means mismatched lead times, separate calibration providers and no single point of responsibility. NextGen delivers the laboratory as one coordinated project and stays responsible for it for life.
Dependable, standards-compliant systems at the most competitive prices on the market.
Equipment, fixtures, software, installation, training and calibration delivered as one project.
Long-term coverage on your systems, backed by stocked consumables and spare parts.
Over 95% of technical issues resolved remotely, for the lifetime of your equipment.
Accurate results start before the test. A tensile certificate is only as reliable as every step that produced it, and NextGen supplies and supports every step.
Every system is recommended against the test methods your laboratory certifies to: ASTM, ISO and DIN.

We equipped our entire laboratory with NextGen’s product line up. GenCut, GenGrind, GenPress, GenGrind Belt and NG1000 CCD Vickers. When our clients saw the metallographic equipment and processes, we experienced our first genuine compliment. Well done NextGen!
The unit is very high quality and super easy to train on. The machine meets our current and expanding grinding needs based on the corresponding ASTM standard. We are now looking to upgrade our metallographic line up with NextGen.
George in sales helped me locate the correct tester for my needs. The tester was delivered and was quick to set up. The equipment is of high quality and meets everything promised. Thank you NextGen for providing excellent service throughout.
