TensileMill CNC's - Flat Tensile Sample Preparation Machine has brought about a more facilitated method than ever for flat tensile sample preparation of high quality. Operation of our TensileMill CNC is done with our powerful Carbon software that has a tensile milling interface which is very user-friendly. Following the outlined parameters in your ISO, ASTM, JIS, DIN, or any other industry, the interface enables the quick and easy selection of the desired tensile specimen size by the operator. The machine is ready for milling a few seconds after you simply enter your specific measurements.

Specimen sizes previously entered are saved by the tensile software interface for quick and easy access. The interface also comprises a wide range of tensile specimens which has been programmed to allow the operator easy and quick launch of a program with no need to enter any measurements. Your modern TensileMill CNC - Flat Specimen Preparation, gives you access to our powerful and intuitive CNC control system (Carbon software interface) which is standard and has no limits on possibilities.


Our touch screen controller which is easy to manipulate carries our complete Carbon software. The features of our control systems; 64 Gb of storage, WiFi, Ethernet, 4 Gb of RAM, USB ports, 254 tool offsets, macro B programming, 126 work offsets, scaling and mirroring, drilling canned cycles, helical interpolation, cutting edge dual mode cutter compensation, advanced trajectory planning etc. In addition to the software interface for tensile milling, the operator is allowed by Carbon to get access to the Industrial CNC Software (MACH4), which is used to control professional CNC functions. New features are being developed constantly for our Carbon software and at no extra cost, updates are included into every TensileMill CNC system. Our small and super fast machining center, TensileMill CNC is designed mindful of industry testing.

TensileMill CNC is a small, high speed, machining center designed for the testing industry in mind. Although small in size, TensileMill CNC is built on a heavy cast iron frame and all axes slide smoothly on linear rails. 24,000 RPM ISO20 spindle and high powered servos provide excellent machining capability.
