Description
The NG-AutoDigiMix is a table mounted mortar mixer with planetary mixing action, built for laboratories that mix cement mortars daily. The bowl and beater are fitted and removed without tools, and the machine stops immediately when the front grill is opened, in line with CE requirements for operator protection.
It is supplied with an open-type sand hopper, an EN beater and a stainless steel bowl. Sand is poured in manually through the top filling hopper during mixing, which is what the European mortar standards describe, and the same hopper takes additives or admixtures.
Control is through a dedicated keyboard and display. Standard procedures are installed and guide the operator through the mixture, and speeds can be either standard or user defined and adjusted while mixing. There is more about the machine in our blog.

Standard procedures

Speed range
Depending on the consistency of the mix, beater and planetary speeds can be modified from 30/13 to 380/165 rpm.
Bowl mounting
A bowl mounting device with a three-point supporting system allows the space between beater and bowl to be set accurately.
Procedure memory
Previous mixing procedures can be recalled or new ones created.
Safety
A micro-switch prevents the machine starting if the bowl is not in place, and an emergency stop button is fitted. The machine meets CE requirements.
