The TensileMill CNC MINI - Compact Flat Tensile Sample Preparation is the most recent addition to the family of CNC machining. It makes the preparation of tensile specimens with high quality as easy as it has never been before. Operation of our TensileMill CNC MINI is done with our powerful Carbon software that has a tensile milling interface which is very user-friendly. With respect to the outlined parameters in your ISO, ASTM, JIS, DIN, or any other industry, the interface enables the quick and easy selection of the desired tensile specimen size by the operator. The machine is ready for milling a few seconds after you simply enter your specific measurements.

The different sizes of specimens previously entered are saved by the tensile software interface for quick and easy access. The interface also comprises a wide range of tensile specimens which has been programmed to allow the operator easy and quick launch of a program with no need to enter any measurements. Your new TensileMill CNC MIN - Flat Specimen Preparation provides the possibility of an upgrade to our powerful and intuitive CNC control system (Carbon software interface) with endless possibilities.

Controller

Our uncomplicated touch screen controller supports upgrade to our full Carbon software. A 21" touch screen is included in the upgrade with 64 Gb of storage, WiFi, Ethernet, 4 Gb of RAM, USB ports, 254 tool offsets, macro B programming, 126 work offsets, helical interpolation, scaling and mirroring, cutting edge dual mode cutter compensation, drilling canned cycles, advanced trajectory planning etc. In addition to the software interface for tensile milling, the operator is allowed by Carbon to access the Industrial CNC Software (MACH4), which is used to control professional CNC functions. New features are being developed constantly for our Carbon software and at no extra cost, updates are included into every TensileMill CNC system.
