The GenGrind N Series – Metallographic Grinder & Polisher comes with a comprehensive standard configuration, guaranteeing users have all the necessary components for efficient metallographic sample preparation. Each unit is equipped with basic accessories designed to support both grinding and polishing tasks right out of the box.

Included in the package is a pressure ring, which helps secure specimens during grinding and polishing processes, resulting in stability and uniform surface preparation. A set of assorted abrasive papers and polishing cloths is also provided, allowing users to begin immediate sample preparation at varying levels of grinding and polishing precision.

For water-based cooling and cleaning, the machine includes a 0.75” water inlet hose and a 32mm water outlet hose, assuring proper water flow management during operation. Additionally, a power supply and a user’s manual are supplied to assist users in setting up and operating the machine effectively.
