The GenGrind SA-I 250S – Automatic Grinder & Polisher comes with a standard sample holder capable of processing six specimens of 30mm diameter together. This design enhances workflow efficiency by allowing multiple samples to be ground and polished in a single cycle, assuring uniform surface preparation across all specimens.

For additional flexibility, the machine also supports various sample sizes upon request, including Φ25mm, Φ30mm, Φ40mm, or 1”, 1.25”, and 1.5” diameters, as well as custom configurations to meet specific metallographic testing needs. This adaptability makes the machine suitable for a number of industries and research applications where different specimen dimensions are required.
