The NG-AutoPol system offers full control over all critical polishing parameters—force, linear speed, and polishing length—allowing laboratories to tailor each process to specific material types and specimen geometries. These parameters are configured directly through the touchscreen interface, where users can fine-tune values with precision and store preferred settings as reusable recipes.

The polishing force is adjustable from 5 to 50 N, enabling controlled surface contact for both delicate and hard materials. The linear speed can be set between 10 and 100 mm/s in 10 mm/s increments, providing flexibility for different polishing intensities and finish requirements. The active polishing length is selectable from 5 to 280 mm, accommodating a wide range of specimen sizes used in tensile and fatigue testing.
