What Our Warranty Covers
Our warranty covers the entire instrument. From the moment it leaves our facility, you are covered under warranty.
There is an additional lifetime service of supplying spare parts and accessories. After sale support is available any time.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
The lifetime service excludes consumables.
NextGen Material Testing, Inc. reserves the right to reject claims for warranty where it is determined that failure is caused by the Buyer's modification, improper maintenance, misuse, or abuse of equipment.
Warranty Period
A minimum of 12 months warranty, covering the machine top to bottom, from the first day the unit is delivered.
