The GenGrind SA-C 250S – Automatic Grinder & Polisher comes fully equipped with key components to guarantee efficient grinding and polishing operations. The package includes a 254mm grinding plate, providing a durable and stable surface for specimen preparation.

To accommodate different grinding and polishing requirements, the machine is supplied with four polishing cloths with PSA backing and a set of grinding papers in 400#, 800#, and 1200# grits. These consumables allow users to transition smoothly between coarse grinding, fine grinding, and polishing stages. A paper disc and magnetic disc are also included, providing additional flexibility in material preparation.

For water management, the system includes a 0.75” water inlet hose and a 32mm water outlet hose, making certain of proper cooling and debris removal during operation. A waterproofing ring is integrated into the design to prevent leakage and maintain a clean workspace.

The machine is delivered with a power line and a detailed operational manual, ensuring users can set up and operate the equipment efficiently.
