The NG-SHM Class DP – Servo Hydraulic Testing Machine is equipped with a highly efficient heat management system within its hydraulic unit. It uses a unique pressure differential servo control technique that significantly reduces overall heat generation during operation. This control method guarantees that energy is used efficiently, resulting in lower heat buildup, especially during long or high-load test cycles.
The hydraulic unit is also fitted with an air-cooling device housed within a semi-open structure, which allows for effective ventilation. Cooling can be activated automatically or manually, depending on user preference. An air-cooling motor automatically engages when the oil temperature reaches a preset value shown on the integrated temperature gauge. This automatic response makes certain that the system functions normally even in high-temperature conditions. With a heating power of just 2kW, the unit maintains a balanced thermal output, reducing strain on components and extending the life of both oil and hydraulic parts.
