The GenCut GL100E works as a low-speed diamond saw designed for precision sectioning of small and delicate specimens. A thin diamond wheel performs the cut at controlled speeds, which reduces heat and prevents structural damage.

The cutter integrates coolant circulation, where liquid flows around the blade to control temperature and extend wheel life. Operation can be set in manual or gravity-feed mode depending on the sample type. Once the cut is completed, the system activates an automatic shut-off to stop the motor and protect both the specimen and the cutting wheel.
