For the correct operation of your fully automated hardness tester, the DIGI TEST II, you will require the following standard part #s. fm02200-x – test stand along with a dust proof cover; fe02400-x – pick up bracket with the loading device for the main unit; and fe02410-x – the DIGI TEST II electronic unit itself.

The reason for this is simple. Our test stand was engineered to mount our fe02400-x Loading unit DTAA II to the column. The Measuring unit then locks into the loading unit that has cables running directly to our fe02410-x Electronic unit DTE II. In essence, this electronic unit is the brains of the operation and when prompted to perform a test, commands the loading unit to follow the standard method according to the test value. It is fully automated at this point.
