The NG-SHM Class DP – Servo Hydraulic Testing Machine is equipped with two separate differential hydraulic circuits, each engineered to improve operational efficiency and ensure specimen safety. The first circuit serves the main cylinder and returns the piston to its starting position after a test is completed. This feature significantly reduces idle time between tests, increasing machine efficiency in high-throughput environments.

The second circuit manages the clamping cylinder. It begins with a low-pressure grip to safely secure the specimen without excessive force. Once the sample is properly positioned, the system automatically switches to high pressure to ensure firm clamping. This step-by-step pressure application prevents premature damage to the specimen due to the high initial clamping force. After the test concludes and the specimen breaks, the system releases the pressure automatically, allowing for smooth specimen removal and preparation for the next test.
