This benchtop manual abrasive metallographic cutting saw is manufactured for metallographic abrasive cutting purpose. The abrasive cutter machines are available in 250mm or 300mm versions. The unit comes with a fixed speed spindle (or upgrade to the variable speed option) allowing adequate space for the specimens. The abrasive cutter has options for both single and twin vices.
This abrasive metallographic cutter comes standard with a large 50L coolant tank. During the specimen sectioning process the unit's jets cool the saw to avoid overheating by being directed at the saw.
