We support NG-EML Series D systems with professional calibration of the force measurement system, along with displacement and extensometer checks, so the machine stays aligned with ASTM E4 and ISO 7500-1 requirements. This platform also uses calibrated load cells, supports built-in verification functions, and is specified to Accuracy Class 0.5 within its configured force range.

For most labs, verification is completed at installation and then repeated annually, or on the interval required by the quality system, audit schedule, or test method. We issue traceable calibration certificates, and we can coordinate calibration with installation, operational checks, and operator training so the system is ready for production testing or lab work.
